Sterling Hill Featured on Cable's Travel Channel

 

The Sterling Hill Mining Museum and its world renowned fluorescent minerals were featured on the Travel Channel's "Cash and Treasures" series in January 2007.  In an episode titled "Fluorescent Minerals." That aired on Jan. 9 at 10 p.m., Jan. 10 at 1 a.m. and Jan. 13 at 4 p.m.

A film crew visited Sterling Hill last June to film onsite, tour the underground mine tunnels, and conduct interviews. The program  showcased the rich fluorescent minerals and numerous exhibits at Sterling Hill in Ogdensburg, N.J.
