Mineral collecting is available at Sterling Hill.

The Mine Run Dump is adjacent to the concession building and is open on the last Sunday of every month during our normal season.  Admission is $5.00 per person. Each pound collected is $1.50 per pound. All material collected is weighed out on one of our portable scales and paid for at the collecting area. A "Release from Liability" must be signed before collecting. Sorry, but no one under 13 years of age allowed due to insurance regulations.
